How do I pay for the treatment?
You can pay directly in cash to the therapist after the treatment, or you can pay by credit card, on the website.

 

When does the time of the massage starts?
Preparing time is not included in the session. If you request 60min of massage you will receive 60min treatment.

 

What types of oils do you use for a massage?
We are using only pure and natural oils. Those are mixed with essential oils, creating amazing aroma compositions. Please, make sure to will let us know if you have any allergies.

 

Do you charge extra for travelling?
There are no travelling charges if you live in London or Surrey. If additional travel charge are applicable you will be informed when booking your treatment.

 

Do you bring massage table with you?
Yes, the therapist will always have a table, as this helps to provide the high standard and professional treatments. It is very difficult to perform a quality massage without one.

 

Do your therapists provide any sexual services?
NO. We are professional massage service only. Therefore please do not ask the therapist for any requests of a sexual nature.

 

Can I touch the masseuses?
No, our therapists are professional masseuses and touching won’t be tolerated.

 

What should I wear during the massage?
It is recommended that you are fully undressed during the massage, as the therapist needs access to all muscles, especially if you are carrying an injury or have a problem with sciatic nerve or lower back. During the massage you will be covered with a towel however if you are uncomfortable being naked then it is okay to keep your underwear on.

 

Do I need to provide anything?
You will need to provide a few towels if the therapist visits you at your place. The therapist will have a massage table, choice of oils and relaxing music. If you decide to visit our premises then everything you’ll need is provided for your convenience.

 

Are your therapists qualified and experienced?
Yes, every person in the company is well educated and insured. You can find all the awarded diplomas and certificates on our website.

 

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel an appointment at anytime but you may be charged a small fee to reimburse any travel expensive our staff incur. Therefore it is advisable to give a minimum for 2 hours notice to avoid any charges.

 

What information do you need to book an appointment?
We just need your name, address and a contact number.

 

I’ve never had a massage before, what should I choose?
If you’ve never had a massage before, we would recommend a Swedish massage. Our therapist will discuss your needs beforehand and will advise on the correct treatment that best suits you.

 

Do you offer couples or four hands massage?
Yes. We offer massage with two therapists on requested. Please let us know well in advance if you want this service so we can make sure that therapists are available for your session.

 

What are the working hours for appointments?
We accept booking Monday till Sunday from 9am till 9pm. If you require a treatment outside these hours then an additional late charge of?20 per session will apply.

 

Can I book an appointment as a gift?
Yes, as long as you know the time/date, full address details and a contact number. Alternatively you can purchase a gift voucher and allow your friend to choose the time/date and treatment.

 

Can I book a session in the office (chair massage)?
Yes you can, as we also specialized in chair massage.
